WELCOME TO GROW 2012

We want to see every Vineyard church in New Zealand healthy, growing and multiplying. To do that, we believe we need to train and focus leaders of those churches to be envisioned and equipped with all the best stuff we can muster up. That's exactly what GROW 2012 is for.

GROW 2012 is a training resource for you to use with your leadership teams in your local church setting. It's user-friendly and practical to develop leadership and growth-oriented vision for our churches.

Monthly we are producing two resources that you will be able to get here on this page: Lloyd's Leadership Letter and Vineyard College's Next Level. Lloyd's Leadership Letter is addressed to leaders and focuses on key topics, questions and encouragement. Vineyard College's Next Level is additional material to the leadership letter, with discussion points and things to help you and your leadership team engage with the material.
