The lowdown
For 9 years now, New Zealand Vineyard youth have been meeting at an annual winter camp, but this year we are tagging a new event to our WinterCamp 2010 experience - Invasion:Urban. Invasion:Urban is a chance for all the Vineyard young adults of the Auckland area to get together on the Thursday night before WinterCamp, and take part in the great ministry that WinterCamp has on offer, almost like a pre-camp party: There's passionate worship, led by Joel Francis and his great team from Shore Vineyards and two awesome tag-teaming speakers, Scottie Young and Rocky Stocks from Grace Vineyard in Christchurch. Plus there's connection with all the other great young adults from outside of your own church - this includes coffee and supper. (Fairtrade coffee and supper I might add...) This event is for college aged, university aged, working-my-first-full-time-job aged, just-marrieds, still-lookings... pretty much, if you under 30, we think you will love Invasion:Urban.
