Welcome to the beautiful coastal paradise of Mahurangi, just an hours drive north east of Auckland but a million miles away in terms of lifestyle and pace of life! Mahurangi Vineyard is like one big church family – with age groups represented from young to old. The church was started in the 80’s by Lloyd & Vicky Rankin and is currently growing from strength to strength under the leadership of Lyndon & Angela Reiff. Our intention is to be a people who authentically love and follow Jesus and His teachings. This means we are committed to helping people in our community and beyond to experience God’s love and discover the freedom that comes from relationship with Him.
Individually, we’re encouraged to seek and learn from God in order to become the people He intended, a people who are transformed and characterised by love, peace, forgiveness and compassion. Our aim is to be a people of prayer with hearts of worship who are thankful to Jesus for the extravagant and undeserved gift of eternal life through Him.
So what does the future hold for us? Our future vision is to continue to grow individually and as a church as we support one another, and reach out to our community.
