Vineyard Training College

Vineyard College primarily offers ministry training by internship and has been equipping people like you for ministry since 1997. We want to help students recognise their unique gifts and abilities, as well as giving a thinking biblical base to the learning. Our internship programmes combine theory and learning by doing. The training occurs where you are, in your own church or organisation, with the people you already know, affecting the community you are already engaged with.

Registered Private Training Establishment, accredited by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority and with NZQA’s highest quality ranking, a three yearly audit cycle.

Staff

The Team at Vineyard Training is lead by Mark Brickell BA, Dip Tchng, Dip Grad Theol.
Mark and his wife Cindy planted two of the early Vineyard Churches in New Zealand, since that time Mark, Cindy and team have pioneered the College, into an institution serving students all over New Zealand.

Students

Currently we have around 40 full-time interns, 20 or part-time interns and around 50 students doing other courses.

Certificate in Christian Ministry

  • Full-time internship course [1 or 2 years]
  • Cost $1360 [NZ & Australian Residents]
  • Students can begin this programme in any month of the year
  • Internship Style approx 80% practical, 20% academic

Vineyard Bible Institute

  • Vineyard Bible Institute (VBI) is available internationally.
  • It is a correspondence teaching programme that belongs to the international family of Vineyard Churches.
  • The course is Internet based, with a postal and audio tape also option available.
  • There are 106 subjects scheduled, with around 90 immediately available, at launching in January 2000
  • There are 3 different options available for undertaking the studies.
